Winter and Summer Reservations at an All
Time High Conway, NH -- Outdoor Escapes New
Hampshire, LLC (OENH) is experiencing their busiest year since
starting its wilderness guide service in 2003. With plenty of snow for
winter activities, guides Lucie and Peter Villeneuve and Jeff Barrie have
taken New Englanders on a variety of winter adventures. The most popular
requests for custom guided trips have taken place mainly in the Great North
Woods and Lakes Region of New Hampshire. Participants are enjoying snowshoe
hiking, cross country skiing, winter survival skills, animal tracking, and
yurt adventures. "Our year-round yurt adventures truly give you a sense of
being in the Northern Forest with all the wildlife we see during the day and
the dark, starry skies at night," reports Lucie.

Archery Lessons Now Offered Statewide Laconia, NH -- September 12, 2007 – After a recent acquisition of archery gear through the L. L. Cote store in Errol, New Hampshire, owner Lucie (LaPlante) Villeneuve of Outdoor ESCAPES New Hampshire, LLC is ready to teach the traditional sport of bow and arrow. "I learned archery at an early age from adults who took the time to share their skills" reports Villeneuve. She then went on to teach 4-H youth, as well as their leaders, the art of shooting and the craft of making various pieces of equipment. Historically, bow and arrows were used by Native Americans to hunt for food for thousands of years. Today, in accordance with government regulations, some hunters still use this method, although the technological advances, materials, and design of modern equipment is quite different. The technique, on the other hand, is still similar, in reference to the basic body position and shooting form. Outdoor ESCAPES NH uses one-size-fits-all compound bows with aluminum arrows, and as with all of their activities, ensures safety, fun, and learning. Target archery in particular can lead to higher self-esteem, discipline, friendship, teamwork, other interests such as hunting, biathlons, or perhaps the Olympics. Families, women, and youth groups are urged to contact this outdoor adventure company to arrange for a day of fun, or even a series of lessons, indoors or outside. Instructor and gear will travel statewide in New Hampshire. For more information please call (603) 528-0136 or visit www.OutdoorEscapesNH.com.
