Inn-to-Inn Adventure Tours
Experience wild New Hampshire...and sleep soundly.
Paddle a canoe, walk on foot, or in snowshoes as native Abenaki did long ago, and enjoy the luxury and comfort of a bed and breakfast in the company of the innkeepers by late afternoon. We also offer modern trips as well, using bicycles (invented in Europe), Nordic skis (origins in Scandinavia), and kayaks (adapted from the Inuit), as well as scenic driving tours of must-see areas of New Hampshire. Each tour takes you through New Hampshire’s natural places, culture, and history. Unless otherwise listed, these inn-to-inn packages are for individuals, couples, families, and small groups, on a mutually agreed upon date with your guide(s), and prices are based on double occupancy. All itineraries and prices are subject to change due to customization. More than 8 participants? Click here for group programs. There's a map of New Hampshire's regions at the bottom of this page, which may be helpful in planning your visit. Getting Here |
"Look deep into nature, |
Great North Woods
|
Each day you will paddle in the peace that nature offers, alongside loons and bald eagles. Fresh air and the sounds of nature are abundant, and you'll be on the lookout for moose. Hike wooded trails to viewpoints and see mountains in three states and Canada. Suitable for all abilities with flatwater, quickwater, and up to Class II whitewater options. Although we call this an inn tour, there aren't many in New Hampshire's Grand North, so each hand-picked lodging establishment along the route offers a unique experience.
Includes fully guided trip with meals, paddling instruction, hiking, nature and history interpretation, cultural walks, lodging, canoe/kayak rentals, luggage transport, and shuttle. May-Oct This is a private or open enrollment tour to fill 4 rooms with double or single occupancy (4-8 participants). You'll have the inns and cabins all to yourself each night, with your guides. Social distancing is easy on this trip because other than your guides, you will see very few other people. Recommended for a group of 4 couples or a family of 8 with teens. |
Paddling routes may include the Connecticut and Androscoggin River headwaters from Pittsburg to Stratford, and Wentworth Location to Berlin, New Hampshire.
