Lincoln, New Hampshire DESCRIPTION This 3+ hour scenic tour through scenic and wild Franconia Notch will be a breeze on an electric bicycle! If you can ride a bike, imaging getting some extra power on the uphills to boost your endurance. Your guide Lucie Villeneuve will share the best natural and historic locations in the area. Safety, fun, and learning is what we're all about! BASIC ITINERARY 9:30 A.M. - Arrive at Bike Center (opens at 10:00). 9:45 A.M. - Introductions, sign release forms, guide decides on the best tour route depending on various conditions at the time. 10:00 A.M. - E-Bike and helmet fitting. 10:15 A.M. - Start guided tour (with instruction/tips as necessary) 1:00 P.M. - Tour ends. DETAILS Your route will cover elevations between 794 and 2,047 ft feet above sea level on a gradual incline/decline through town on a paved road and into Franconia Notch on a designated bicycle path, which includes stops at natural and historic attractions and scenic views with talks by guide and possible wildlife spotting. You will be taken to popular destinations as well as off the beaten path to experience the best special places in the area. BE PREPARED Dress for the weather of the day and wear comfy/sturdy walking shoes. Bring sweater, rain/wind jacket, spending money for souvenirs and incidentals, your own reusable water bottle (filled) and favorite snacks. If needed, we can make a quick stop somewhere for you to purchase necessities. A detailed pack list will be provided. GETTING HERE Directions to meeting location will be provided.
